"I don’t normally write reviews, but this needed to be known and heard. I arrived around 8 PM and the sofa bed had no sheets or quilts. I had to go to the front desk, only to be told they ran out of quilts, so my daughter had to sleep on a thin, uncomfortable mattress that needs replacing. The next day, the TV wasn’t working. Someone came but didn’t fix anything. We were told another technician would come, but no one ever did. The TV is still on and can’t be controlled. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes in line, and by the time we got to the front, there was barely any food left. There’s no system people were taking excessive amounts. Isabella in the kitchen was rude and refused to make more sausages for the rest of us waiting. The hotel itself is not clean or well-maintained. No washcloths (only medium towels), dirty carpet, no basic cleaning supplies, and dusty, exposed vents in the bathroom. I tried to give Victoria at the front desk the benefit of the doubt, but her attitude was unprofessional. The outside of the hotel looks much better than the inside, which is misleading. For the amount of money people pay, the service and conditions are unacceptable. The hotel is disorganized, understaffed, and in need of better management. "

"Pros: the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location for FIU. Cons: The “suite” was small and pricey, the hot water was warm and had no pressure, and the breakfast selection was pretty bland with a limited selection even for continental. "

"A/C was marginal and loud. Entry and bathroom doors stuck, not fitting the doorframes.. Was supposed to have free airport pickup , but not available. Lots of better choices in the immediate area"
