"The staff were great. We extended our stay without issue. Although not a great variety and some items, on occasions, not available, the food was excellent. The cleaning staff also great. Our cleaner looked after us, even when we couldn't leave our room."

It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life. "The room was spacious, clean and comfortable in a wonderful location, within a few minutes walk of the Ben Thanh Market and a ten minute walk from the night walking street. A major standout for this hotel besides location is the quality and variety of breakfast. Wow! The food was always fresh and delicious. We never went hungry. One area of concern that was a bit off putting was the constant smell of sewage in the lobby. Thankfully the rest of the hotel did not face this issue and was very pleasant smelling. "
