"Room clean but when we open the restroom theres as smell on the toilet tht we even need to spray everyday but the smell still there!! Lining of the bathub was bit dirty. Fridge in the room its not even cold tht another bad part. But people on the front desk are very approchable and helpful"

"The hotel and beautiful garden grounds were very serene and extremely clean. When you take a shortcut through its sister property, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Shinagawa station on the Yamanote subway line which gives you access to Tokyo’s major attractions. There is a small 7-11 convenience store on the property. Our room with a truly king sized bed was very spacious. My only criticism? The beds are as hard as rocks, so be aware."

"Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes.
