"Busy hotel, can be a bit louder for lighter sleepers but that’s why you travel with earplugs in my opinion. Staff is friendly, makes sure everything is handled well from check-in to cleaning to complimentary breakfast. Location is close to the mall, restaurants, and line link station. Rates are decent too."

Parking lot seemed a bit cramped but seems pretty safe and they said they don’t have a lot of issues. Rooms are nice, pool and hot tub were great. Get a west side room if you’re sensitive to noise. "The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. "Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding...
