"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."

My only complaint would be that Expedia itself misrepresents the amenities included in the rooms and the prices. I booked my room based on the fact that I believe it included a private hot tub in the room. I based my room choice on this amenity and the price shown by Expedia. But upon arriving at the property that was not the room I was given and it was explained to me that room I had selected...

"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected.
