"Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic"

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!"

"Conveniently situated on the waterfront opposite the ferry pier and bus stops with great views across the lake to Bellagio. The setting is unfortunately spoilt by the busy coastal road that runs in front of the hotel, the angry buzz of motorbikes etc. Rear-facing rooms with frosted windows and no view best avoided. Clientele dominated by parties of elderly Brits and Germans."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edy in Lake Como. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. "The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"Wir waren um 15:00 Uhr vor Ort und wollten einchecken. Das wurde uns verweigert ob wollten wir schriftlich angefragt hatten das wir früher Anreise (Wetterbedingungen/Motorrad) Also standen wir 1 Stunden vor der Verschlossen Tür. Ansonsten waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und Hilfsbereit."
