Mit Englisch aber auch teilweise Deutsch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Auswahl und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant am Abend ist ein absolutes Highlight. "Truly a fantastic experience. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in one of the villas with a deck. Property overlooks a beautiful spot in lake como in a quieter section Lezzeno. Restaurant and bar on site were excellent, we went to one or the other every single night. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis. Everything was reasonably priced. "Saknade en trevlig bar/uteplats, pool eller åtminstone en brygga man kunde bada ifrån. Tråkig frukost, ingen äggröra eller bacon utan mest torrt bröd och kallt kaffe. De försökte men behöver nog lite hjälp att fräscha upp hotellet. Saknade även plats att hänga badkläder på tork samt flytande schampo i duschen."
