"Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster."

The setting is unfortunately spoilt by the busy coastal road that runs in front of the hotel, the angry buzz of motorbikes etc. Rear-facing rooms with frosted windows and no view best avoided. "Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"Truly a fantastic experience. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in one of the villas with a deck. Property overlooks a beautiful spot in lake como in a quieter section Lezzeno. Restaurant and bar on site were excellent, we went to one or the other every single night. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis. Everything was reasonably priced. Lake deck and chairs are an awesome touch as many properties do not have lake access. This was a must during the extreme heat...
