"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. "Super clean and comfortable hotel, AC was a bit wonky, would not come on and often I would have to get the front desk to reset it, and phone has no direct call to front desk, had to always go down to the lobby to talk to them. Otherwise it was superb."

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. "Die Lage ist abseits vom Stadtzentrum, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel aber erreichbar. Das Zimmer wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, das Bett überhaupt nicht gemacht! Eine tägliche Leerung des Muelleimers, das war es dann. Die Klimaanlage scheint total veraltet zu sein. Lichtblick ist das Frühstück und das Restaurant. "I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and while the room itself was fairly clean, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. The bed was often made poorly, coffee, tea, soap, and other supplies were frequently not replenished, used coffee cups were sometimes left dirty, and we were often given fewer towels than the number of guests in the room. "The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre.
