"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. "Rooms were good, but had small marks scuffs and signs of lower quality workmanship. However its right in the centre so you are near tourism spots, the main avenue for food and shopping. The hotel is adjacent to the metro to sofia airport. And the vibe at the hotel is old soviet mixed with modern luxury. "I called to ask if they have parking before booking and I was told that I can use a parking spot until 19:30. When I needed the parking spot it was not available. One of their two spots was occupied by the manager's car. When reception asked him to move it he refused and sent me to paid parking at another hotel (on my dime). "I did not get to use any of the amenities and am not sure if the rooftop bar which is one of the hotel's best features was open. Other than that the beds were so comfortable, the AC is strong, onsite parking was affordable and easy and the staff was extremely helpful. 5 stars!"

"The staff was absolutely incredible, my whole experience at this property was great ! I checked in with Nikolay and he was the most patient, helpful and kind front desk person and the next day was this nice lady behind the desk , who let me keep my luggage in one of the meeting rooms after I checked out, so I can visit few museums before I leave!
