"Silverstone is my go to place to stay in Spokane. Great value for what you receive. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. Complimentary breakfast at Dennys is a surprise bonus. "

"As someone who has stayed here multiple times this time was such a let down. We pulled out the pullout bed and the sheet was not changed and covered in sta8ns. The tub had pubes all around it. Seemed someone cleaned in a hurry. Not a deal breaker, but hope they improve for next time."

"I don't generally like leaving bad reviews but I feel that this being the second time that I stayed here and it was the same both times. The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. However the cleanliness of the room both times I have stayed here was unacceptable. I specialize in residential cleaning and I've worked as a housekeeper prior to that a always have a bag of cleaning supplies in my car just in case. "

""Free hot breakfast" is at a restaurant down the block. Food was fine but restaurant charges $4 for a self-serve cup of coffee in a paper cup. No coffee machine in the room at Montvale so there you go."

"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch.
