"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"Room smelled like an ashtray. Towels were nearly threadbare. Lots of noise from surrounding rooms - including a dog barking, whining and howling for 30 plus minutes. Due to the hotel being booked full for hoopfest, the room I chose was apparently not available and I was given a handicap room. The "closet" a single rod to hang clothes from and was less than 5 ft off the floor so I couldn't hang a dress. "Pool didn't have water in it. Room was very quiet on back side of the building. It needed a bit of maintenance which I told the front staff about. Breakfast was so so - various frozen things to microwave plus juice, instant oatmeal packets, yogurt. We would stay there again."

Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
