"The bathrooms were dirty and had stains all over the bathtub and the sink. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The window had no screen so we weren’t able to have it open for the day because bugs would’ve gotten in the room. When the description says “breakfast included” you would think eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. but all they had were frozen burritos and waffles with yogurt and some bread. There wasn’t even a toaster for the bread… just a microwave. I also did not know...

"Really cool old hotel in downtown Spokane. Loved the open space for hanging out in the middle of the hotel. Very comfortable room, bathroom was modernized and clean. About a fifteen or twenty minute walk to the carousel/park. The hotel was on the edge of downtown, near a rundown area with homeless encampment but felt safe enough to walk toward downtown and the park."

"The hotel was very nice and clean but the area outside the fenced parking area is crowded with unhoused people which makes the area feel unsafe especially at night. The staff are really good about making sure the property is safe and clean."
