"Bathroom had problems: Bidet had a leak on first use. Someone came to clean up the water but it was unclear if the actual issue was fixed. Then the door was jammed making it difficult to exit. The person at the front desk suggested we just don't shut the door when we use the bathroom, which I found to be an absurd suggestion given I was sharing the room. In short, we didn't even stay the night, we cancelled and went elsewhere."

"My husband and I stayed at Urban for a few nights and what a hidden gem! Fantastic location, safe and extremely convenient. We were wowed from start to finish. The building is beautiful, the building staff is friendly and helpful, the accommodation was clean and cozy and the support they provide is 5 stars! We really appreciate the free parking provided.
