"The chech in was ok ,but despite calling for help for luggage ,no one turned up for 15 minutes,we managed,also facilities including gym is limited no swimming pool for the cost, food was average.confusion still prevail,if Expedia took our payment,one staff said paid,the other said no, hope I didn't pay twice.just good for transit."

They made sure my family and I were comfortable and they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The staff at Trichy Kitchen were awesome. Not forgetting the room manager and the F&B staff. I absolutely stay here again when I come back."

"The previous stays were quite OK for us and we had the rooms maintained but this trip, we had a very bad odour in the room and bath room, that it was suffocating, though they tried their best out of the 3 nights stay only by the end of the second day it became ok. other wise usual stay and enjoyed the swimming pool and the Gym"
