"This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. "The room was entirely neglected and there was no upkeep. Certainily it is not worth any recommendation. I just checked out immediately upon entering the room. The photograph of the room displayed on your portal is simply deceiving. I am not sure if the same room in the property shown to me while reserving online was given to me in reality. Summarily my experience was awful."
