"I stayed at Hotel Tampa Riverwalk for a business conference and was extremely disappointed. I arrived around 5 PM and found the check-in process very confusing. Although I received an email stating the pool was closed and renovations were underway, it did not explain the extent of the construction. "Cuando llegue la persona que me atendió la verdad no fue tan agradable, era mi primera vez en ese hotel y cuando le pregunté que si yo quería dejar el carro que tenía rentado me podría recoger el bus de ellos.
