"When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area."

"It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!"

"Stayed for 2 days, used the pools, and had dinner and breakfast onsite.
The food was good. Service was excellent.
Rooms were clean, well maintained and recently updated.
Front desk was weirdly rude. Called multiple times, couldn’t get thru for things (I think that I called and got hung up on 3 different times and had to call back). Asked for shuttle from room to front it never came. Called for amenities that never were delivered.
For what was otherwise an amazingly clean and nice...

"Great location next to great restaurants and bars. Clean and large room. Wonderful shower. The free excellent coffee in the lobby was awesome as the other hotels I stayed in on this trip charged for overpriced mediocre coffee. The breakfast was excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were knowledgeable and pleasant."
