The staff was excellent, they arranged a ride back to the hotel for me after I returned the rental car to the airport, and arranged a ride for us to the airport the next morning. We only stayed the night and left at 5am for the airport so we didn't get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, had a separate seating area with a good size TV that allowed me to connect(cast) my streaming service. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Excellent location very close to the airport. Walking distance(5 minutes) to restaurants (Olive garden, Longhorn, Pei Wei Asian). I would recommend for a day or two stay.

Excellent staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of safe parking and closeness to the airport is a bonus. Note: the complimentary "airport shuttle" is actually not a typical minibus or van, but via Lyft or Uber.... very convenient, just call the front desk and they coordinate everything.

We stayed in room 212 and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable. It was quite warm when we got in the room at 3:15pm and even with us turning down the thermostat, it didn’t truly get comfortable in the room until after 10pm! The shower took quite a bit of time to just get warm. DO NOT expect to get a hot shower as that is just NOT happening there! The grass area around the back parking lot truthfully needs to be cleaned up! There was quite a bit of litter out there! The food on the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this is nowhere near the level I’m accustomed to!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à nous aider.
