"My previous review was made in error as this was for another hotel NOT G8 I have informed Expedia to remove that review. G8 Hotel was very good, hotel was very clean and staff very warm and polite bonus rooftop bar which gave brilliant views day and night and location was also convenient, walking distance to a lot of good food and coffee spots, located in district 1 so was able to visit all the in door markets and museum and attractions, again I can only apologise for my previous review as it was ment for a hotel in Da nang not Ho Chi Minh"

"This was a wonderful stay in a small beautiful hotel in a quiet tree-lined streets - just a block away from one of the major thoroughfares, but still quiet and calm. You will never find a friendlier, more welcoming, more helpful staff anywhere. I felt perfectly at home within 20 minutes of arriving. My room was specious with an ingenious and unique layout - very comfortable Le bed, wide open bathroom and with a specious kitchen as a bonus. I really enjoyed my unfortunately short stay in Ho Chi Minh City and I will definitely return. It goes without saying where I will be staying. Bravo, Fusion Suites Hotel!"

"An Exceptional Stay – Luxury, Outstanding Service and Genuine Care We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Luxury Apartments and Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, brand-new luxury apartments to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. They didn’t just provide excellent service during our stay; they followed up and made sure we were well looked after. One moment that particularly stood out was when my son accidentally hit his head in the pool. Multiple staff members checked on him each day afterwards to make sure he was okay. This level of genuine care and attention meant so much to us as a family and speaks volumes about the people who work here. As someone travelling with a child who has coeliac disease, finding safe gluten-free food can be challenging, particularly in Vietnam. Lancaster was the only hotel throughout our entire Vietnam trip that provided proper gluten-free options, including gluten-free bagels and bread. This made an enormous difference to our experience and allowed us to enjoy breakfast without the stress of having to negotiate suitable food every morning. The combination of luxurious, modern accommodation, thoughtful service and genuine attention to guests’ individual needs made this hotel stand out above everywhere else we stayed. "It was good. We stayed for about a week and a few days. Cleaning comes by every 4 days but I think you have to remind them to come by to clean. Rooms are nice, we had a big window overlooking the bridge but it was heavily worn. The room we got wasn’t like the picture but it was nice. There wasn’t a proper dining place in the room that we got so that was inconvenient. It’s a little small for three people. Communication with host was good, they are pretty responsive and nice. We had a problem with the AC leaking and they got it fixed it right away. Really good place for the price I would say. The laundry service is good but crazy expensive. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you really need it. There are also one grocery store and two convenience stores right below. Also a pharmacy too. Really nice point. The washing machine in the unit works great for small loads but you just need to hang your clothes to dry afterwards if you’re fine with that. Location is convenient, really close to the popular markets and city center. Super easy for Grab to come in/drop off. Overall it’s a great place for the price point and great location over all. I would recommend taking into account that it’s over the bridge Cau Ong Lanh so there is a lot of traffic. Time your commute wisely."
