"The bathroom was honestly pretty gross. I didn’t expect too much because I definitely chose a budget hotel, so because of that I still gave a few stars… But I am surprised the reviews were so good for this place still.. I for sure won’t be back. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but let’s just say if my kids had joined me on this trip I wouldn’t have let them go in the bathroom. Made me nervous about the rest of the room!"

"First of all, the staff - paarticularly Emily - were fantastic. Professional, warm, and customer focused. I had left my computer bag in the room and wqas having breakfast close to the inn before rfeturning to Seattle when Emily called to tell me housekeeping had called and said they found my bag in the room. I was shocked, relieved and grateful for hjer prompt professional handling of my miss. And then there was the wonderful condition of the whole facility. We had a two room suite, each...

"I had a decent stay, but there were a few problems. The room was clean, but there was dog food scattered all over the floor, suggesting that the cleaning staff hadn’t done a thorough job before we arrived. The bathroom lights and the area near the sink were either not working or missing. Additionally, there were many people in the lobby who weren’t paying guests who were loudly complaining and bothering the paying guests.
The breakfast was minimal, consisting only of coffee and either a...

"I had a male customer of the property lurking and watching me. No one really seemed to care.
The most disappointing part of the stay was the bed in the room and the temperature control of the room.
The bed seemed to be 20 years old and when I saw or layed down it provided NO support. I was unable to sleep and spent the majority of today in pain from the utter lack of support from the mattress.
The room was constantly hot during the night. I turned the thermostat as low as possible, but it...

"This property was extremely old and outdated. Dilapidated and in much need of renovation and updates. They nickel and dime you for everything. They wanted to charge my Uber driver just for pulling in to pick me up! Charged a “delivery fee” for ROOM SERVICE, which was $45 for chicken fingers & fries! Wanted to charge me for a “late checkout” (Noon!). The room had zero amenities or toiletries - Would have had to pay for that as well. Clearly this property is no longer owned nor operated by Hilton...
