"The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. Special thanks to Yudi, Edy, Dina, Asya and Rahmat and the rest of the staff that I didn't get names. Very professional and well managed. Thank you for 6 nights, would book again."

"It feels more like a hostel than hotel. Lack of amenities and standard facilities. Not many option of breakfast and needs to be improved taste wise. Location is good because is next to Bintaro Plaza. Staff are kind and helpful. "
