"When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here.

I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a hotel transfer, any arrangements as I would be arriving before the check in time and that it’d be my birthday during my stay so could anything be arranged. I had an initial response but no follow up when I sent over my flight details, nor when I sent a second email to check. The result was that I...

"The beds need improvement, not very clean , doors are noisy, people are friendly and helpful. Overall it's not too bad for the price."
