The staff were brilliant, allowing us to check-in and collect our keys before the rooms were ready, so that we could park near our rooms and so that we could go straight to our designated rooms once we finished our tour. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. Perfect location too, for dinner in Mornington."

"Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps."

"Our 2 bedroom was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen a bathroom/laundry. It was showing a little wear and tear from previous occupants. There was a small hole in the plaster in the main bedroom, and scratch marks on the floor of the main bath. Check in was easy and the staff member very professional and friendly. Would be happy to stay hear again."

"My sister and I stayed one night in a twin bed room. We ordered a balcony room overlooking the bay, it was lovely to sit out with a relaxing drink. Although we were on the 2nd floor and no lift only stairs, so dragging luggage up was a challenge as was getting it down the stairs. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable bathroom was huge and we could both fit in front of the mirror with loads of space, would recommend staying here again "
