"There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. "A clean, spacious, convenient place to stay. A 12 minute drive from the Halifax wharf and lots of restaurants, bars, and attractions."

"Promised a water view and promised to be allowed to check in at 2 pm. When checking in at 5 pm, told there would be a 45 minute wait to get the room ready. To get another room at 5 pm we were put in a non water view room, given free parking and free snacks for compensation for the non water view which we had booked months previously so we could watch sail gp from window. Disappointing for sure. We did appreciate the compensation but kind of ruined our stay not to have the water view."

"The room was clean and the hotel was in good shape. There was lots of parking but it did take a while to get there from downtown Halifax. It was about a 25 minute drive but it was raining. The bed was comfortable and although the room was a little dated it was fine. It even had a pool but we were only there for the night."
