"This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. "Das Zimmer war super groß und man hatte genug Platz für die Koffer. Auch das Bett war riesig. Es gab einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat, hat von draußen nichts mehr mitbekommen. Lichtdichte Vorhänge gab es ebenfalls. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Safe war inklusive. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. 500m entfernt gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich schnell um die Anliegen...

"Sehr gut organisierte Anlage, sehr sehr sauber und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen! Die Lange ist absolut perfekt: ein Paar Schritte zum Strand und in der andere Richtung sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants.; trotzdem sehr ruhig und findet man leicht einen Parkplatz "

"Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location."

"Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

"Rooms very really clean and the pool was heated which was lovely. Good choice of food at breakfast. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and the rooftop area was a lovely addition. "
