"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. "Bathroom was scary. Shower was peeling, no hot water in the shower, no cold water in the kitchen sink. hair left from previous people. Hallways were super creepy. elevator occasionally working. Doors to the stairs got stuck constantly. Super convenient location. They gave us snack bags, which was nice. "

"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. "Great location! Property was furnished adequately, but electrical outlets were in odd places. There's a countertop in the kitchen area with coffee maker, but no outlet. Only outlet is near the sink so cord had to go over the sink. Needs more hangars & floor mat for bathroom. Some noise from the street in the early morning could be heard from 12th floor. Great communication with host. Would stay again."
