The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with excellent service. A special thank you to Ermin at the front desk, who helped us upgrade to a balcony room (worth the extra cost for the breathtaking sunset views!), and to Aida as well for her warm and helpful service. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is nicely decorated with pool, steam rooms and a gym. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake. The premium room was very spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality. The dinner and breakfast buffets had wide variety of options in high quality. The only downside was that drinks were not included with dinner, which was a bit unexpected. One area for improvement would be the steam rooms. Guests are not allowed to wear swimsuits in any of the steam rooms, meaning everyone must be fully nude in shared spaces. It would be more comfortable if this were optional. I would personally feel more at ease if there were separate spaces by gender or the option to wear swimwear, as I’ve experienced in other hotels. Because of this policy, I wasn’t able to enjoy the steam rooms. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel!"
