"Absolutely amazing staff!! We had a flight delay from Auckland and found ourselves arriving after the check-in desk closed. We contacted the motel and they were incredibly kind and efficient, getting us set up with our room still and saving a trip up the river the next morning that would otherwise have needed to be delayed or cancelled. "While this is an older property, it is well maintained. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit for our stay. Although the decor was older, it was well kept, clean and had good amenities, including a kitchenette with a full oven. It was a straight shot down the road to the cbd and was easy to find on arrival into town. We would happily stay here again."
