"The location is excellent: the view of the field and water is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice - lots of fruit, eggs etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. The place needs a major overhaul. Paint chipping; patio holes, the furniture looks old and odd. The rooms have issues with windows not opening and the layout is 1980s. There are almost no outlets or charger ports. The TV has lots of channels but most aren't available. The bed was comfortable but with little pillows the tub/shower...

"The cabin itself was lovely, very rustic. The location was perfect for my family to fish the Margaree River pools. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cabin had cobwebs and quite dusty. The pullout bed was made but full of crumbs and dust bunnies. I believe it’s most likely from not being used and folded up inside the couch, if you have a hide a bed that doesn’t get used often you know. "Paul was very welcoming and accommodating, made us sandwich plates since the restaurant was not technically open that day. They have pet friendly facilities which is great. The grounds and trails to the shore were fun as well. We had spent 2 days on the go and we were able to actually unwind. Our unit had no tv and we did not miss it at all. 9/10 would recommend!"
