"I’ve been to a lot of hotels, and this is by far one of the cleanest. The rooms didn’t have a musty smell. It didn’t have a chemical smell from them spraying air deodorizers. It was just a clean air smell. Everything was new looking, clean, fantastic place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful also
Brevity buffet was excellent"

"The elevator was broken. Our rooms weren't ready. We had to wait for them at 8:30 pm to be ready. They didn’t even put a duvet cover on the duvet in one room. We have pictures of filthy faucets, broken door handles, and very worn/tired fixtures in the rooms. It reeked of fabuloso despite still being dirty. The staff was very nice but they are clearly understaffed and the building is very run down. I would never stay there again."
