"First, the Good:
The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. "Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. The room included a small refrigerator, which was effective for keeping drinks cold. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine.
The bathroom was equipped with a large shower cabin and an electric towel dryer. The breakfast provided was very nice.
