Hotel dekat Tarwin Drive Reserve

"Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

"I wasn’t able to stay the night, even though I had already paid for it as I had no photo id to check in with"

"Room generally comfortable, TV and Air Conditioner [heater] worked okay. Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!"

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"Roomy"

"The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Suggest Chang towel every day."

"Stayed here as close to family. Clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Recommend."

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"Nice motel in great location. Fantastic host on front desk.. ticked all the boxes..."

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, I would like to acknowledge the dining room staff. They were very kind, attentive, and...

"Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night"

"A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5."

"Room is clean, front desk staff is friendly."
