"I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here as the weather was turning bad and I had been staying in a tent prior. At check-in reception was closed. Details of how-to check-in were unclear, in so we had to call the property. Reception closed at 5pm. This wasn't clear on the website. When we checked out the next morning, we had to put the key in a key box, but it barely fit in. I had to shove it through the hole. In terms of the accommodation, the shower head & pressure were good. The rest...

"Clean room. Polite and very pleasant hostess. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the location of the bathroom in the guest room beside us. Adjacent to the beds in our room. Otherwise we found the room was perfect together with the location."

"Just an overnight. Really nice quiet place with helpful owner. Huge room and all in excellent condition. 8 min walk to the pub for dinner and the steam railway called Redwater Creek is only a little further away (check running days). Worth coming back."

The staff at the check in was rude and pushing for answers about whether we would be eating at the restaurant and we had just arrived in the town. We had no real chance to consider that question."
