"Our room was all that we wanted; a large and comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, nice view of the Acropolis, and the A/C worked well. The room was very clean but there was this odor that took getting used to. The TV was all but useless with only greek-speaking channels. We ate breakfast and supper at the hotel several times and the food was always top-quality, tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff was absolutely amazing; friendly, courteous and always helpful. It got stronger as the night went on and became quite offensive; by that time it was not worth moving, and we had other problems... "The location for a short pre-cruise stay is unbeatable—near the port and train station, with all the needed amenities and more. They stored my luggage so I could explore the city after arriving very early. I had an early tour, and they arranged a nice "box" breakfast for me. The decor was nice and modern, and the staff was attentive."
