The property is beautiful and right near the beach. We had a room with a private pool, which was nice. The outside area at the private pool is also great, and there is a large grill if you want to cook it that way. We also used the larger pool available for everyone, which was nice with a kiddie pool area. Restaurants are nearby with a car. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our reservation.

Outside of main tourist town of Monterrico. Short walk to road for local food and tiendas. Great pool but also option for private pool which was awesome! Pathway to beach with miles of solitude along the ocean. David was very helpful with coordinating rides and answering questions via Whatsapp. Quick to address any issues with room.

Very beautiful peaceful property with a nice pool, great air conditioning, close to the beach. Perfect for a peaceful get away. However, it is out of the way - there are not many restaurants and it is hard to get around. There are no Ubers and buses are infrequent. However, the property managers are happy to set you up with a ride or get food items for you if you prefer to cook your own meals.

A beautiful property to spend time at the beach. It’s immaculate, well kept, well cleaned, well appointed. We had the private pool option which was a jewel. Well worth it to feel like a king on a budget. The attendants were super. Always willing to help and serve. A few steps from the beach, if that’s your thing as well. Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets.

El hotel esta camino a Monte Rico, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodos, el aire acondicionado mantiene la temperatura agradable. Nuestra habitación tiene piscina privada, churrasquera, refrigeradora, estufa y los utencilios de vajilla básicos. No esta a orillas de la playa, pero tiene acceso directo, a 3 minutos caminando.
