"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didnāt ask for booking names. They didnāt know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...

"The place was in good shape, just some very minor issues with a sink faucet not secured tightly but it worked. For any issues the owner is very responsive. There were a half dozen or so ants on one of the beds we didnāt use when we got there but not so much the following days. Internet worked very well as we both do video conferencing for work at night. The blackout curtains work very well and it was very quiet during the day when we slept. The place was decently clean and very comfortable."
