"Great hotel, loved the location for canyoneering and whale sharks. Owner was super nice and asked us if everything was good daily. Breakfast was included and very good. Ate at the restaurant for dinner twice and food was great. Recommend!"

When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. "If you are planning to go to Kawasan Falls. This is the place to stay and you can book Canyoneering with the hotel. Even though!our check out was at noon, they accomodated us to shower at the hotel room after the canyoneering. Very convenient that we took a 7am trip and could leave our things at the hotel room as they said it was okay."

"disgusting conditions and unreasonable staff. they have signs in the rooms that the septic system gets backed up and i'm assuming that this was the case. the room had an overpowering sewage smell. after arguing with the clerk and owner who thought that i should just stay in the room anyway, i waited a half hour for them to get me in another room that they guaranteed didn't smell, but as soon as the toilet in that room was flushed, that room smelled as well. after waiting for another half hour...
