"I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent stay at your property in April 18 - 19, 2026.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night’s rest due to the condition of the room. One of the beds was not properly cleaned, as there was visible hair on the pillow along with dirty sheets and a comforter. This made the bed unusable.
