"The stay was all around great. The one issue I could drastically tell was at night, the AC was controlled by the hotel and not individually by the room. Our room (#205) got super heated in the evenings, even with the fan set on high. The room was clean and very nice otherwise."

"This place is slightly overpriced, at $127 total cost, compared to another place I stayed in the area, Spark by Hilton ($100 a night). The room was spacious, and it has a microwave and fridge. It has a mediocre coffee maker with weak pods. The bed and pillows are above average. Shower is good; towels are small and flimsy. The AC didn’t work well; i had to set the temp very low to get it to kick on, and the fan didn’t stay on when i told it to. Could open window; I like that (but no screen). Toilet handle seemed about to fall off. Decent breakfast with fake eggs, good sausage, no fruit, and available only until 9 on weekdays. Especially for the price, this place isn’t quite as sharp as Spark."

"The breakfast was good…hot and ready The towels were dingy, I asked for new towels , they were worse, I asked for room service the third day and was told I missed the time, I could have service, I paid Hotel.com a fee an was told I had to pay them even more, this is a separate review. Food, location, that’s what I got, BUT that price was way out of line."

"First room we checked into was clean. We were surprised that there was no actual closet. there was an issue with the TV not connecting so they offered to move us to a different room on another floor, which was very nice of them, but that room had the same TV issue, but the maintenance man was able to fix that the next day but also no closet, just hanging hooks or something which is weird. but the night before we checked out, there was a very foul odor coming from the bathroom, like sewage smell. we did report it to the front desk and they said someone was gonna come up and check it while we are out however, if someone actually did, we’re not sure cause the smell was still there when we got back and also for three nights in a row the fire alarm would go off in the middle of the night around two or three in the morning with no explanation as to what was going on!"
