"I was charged an additional adult at check out.
The hotel staff (same person) should inform meat check in.
You could not just charged someone when at check out.
Travellers, beware! about the sneaky staff
This hotel also used by Chinese's group tour, they are loud.

"We loved this apartment. It was spotless, well equipped and close to everything. We used it as our base to sight see and visit Milford Sound. I would absolutely recommend it and I hope we get a chance to stay again some day."
