Beautiful place to stay. The accommodation was modern and very clean. The gardens were lovely and immaculate and the added bonus was that we could see the lake, perfect. We didn’t want to leave after two nights. I would highly recommend this motel.

Our room was comfortable. We had a suite and there as no TV in the bedroom which would have been more comfy. The bed was comfortable and great to sleep in. The bathroom was good except the shower had a pull around screen instead of a fixed one and we found that once showering the water went everywhere.

We had a garden studio, one bedroom. This was the best stay so far in my two weeks in New Zealand. The room was great, had plenty of space and two queen size beds, one in a bedroom and one in the main room but plenty of space. Full kitchen and very nice bathroom. Wish I was staying more than one night. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. Easy access right on the main road across from the lake. Less than a mile walking distance to town. There was an attached laundry mat at the lodge as well if someone needed that.
