"This Dharamsala hotel is a hidden gem with an awe-inspiring view of the Dhauladhar mountains from my room balcony. "Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. "

"Everything thing about stay was good and staff was very polite"

"Beautiful mountain views, great service, close to Dalai Lama Temple, Tsuglagkhang Complex"

"New seeming hotel in great condition with pleasant, generous rooms and good communal spaces. Helpful staff, the limited food I had was very good. Only issue really is that location is not where indicated on Hotels.com. It’s not in Dharamshala and certainly not next to the McLeod Ganj ropeway as the address implies. It’s a few miles down the road in Sudhed, which is a fair bit less convenient."

"It is a family run property and they strive to please customers. It’s a renovated and upgraded hotel, room was very spacious with balcony view of the city. We had a very comfortable stay "
