"Kind staff, clean room, great amenities, and cute bars!"

"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. "Room was clean but very small. While I was staying, there was a consistent knock at the door. I literally checked it twice and had to leave the door open just for it to stop. Also, very noisy. Outside of the flaws, it was a decent 1-2 night place to stay. Probably won’t book again though."

"Hotel and room very clean. Had a good place to eat in the hotel. My only complaint is amount you pay for parking for guests. Paid $40 per day to park in parking deck and Im a guest. I understand charging visitors or additional vehicles but guests should not have to pay this much .parking should be included in stay."

"The bedroom door was broken so I made sure to send a message immediately to the host. The sheets had stains and the pull out couch has stains and broken springs. It wasn’t the worst but the people around it were a bit sketchy. I was barely in the room because we had busy day out in about. The host did get back with me and I was close to the destination I needed to be at. I have a 3 because of the location of the apartment and the view was terrible. But other than that it was ok"

"Check-in was somewhat confusing. I initially entered through the registration entrance, but all of the doors were locked. I took the elevator upstairs to see if there was another front desk area, and a staff member directed me to a dimly lit reception area but left me and went into a back room. Another staff member then assisted me remotely through a computer screen, which made communication a bit difficult and felt somewhat impersonal. The room itself was adequate - clearly an older hotel, but...

"Absolutely great hotel. I stayed here to prep my son for Prom. Located in the perfect location. The pool area/ Garden we used to take my sons prom picture that turned out beautiful. Courtland Grand provided a $10 food/ beverage card that came in handy. The only thing was the parking so we parked across the street for $15 instead of $25-$50 per night. The indoor heated pool and gym was a Plus. Other than that I Will book here again next time it will be just me & my husband!"

"The kitchen needs a good cleaning, as everything is greasy. We cannot use the pool because it is under renovation."

"I arrived at the property took 30 plus minutes to get access because they weren’t tracking me. Finally got to my room there was someone actively staying in the resident had to find other lodging for the weekend and still haven’t received my refund"

"We had a spacious suite on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of Olympic Park and its incredible psychedelic Ferris wheel. The staff were uniformly excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, plus there were free cocktails and snacks in the evening. The breakfast coffee could have been better, but with a Starbucks inside of the hotel it wasn't the only option."

"Fantastic hotel and extremely friendly Staff! Very spacious rooms, comfy bed, and nice large bathroom. Views were fantastic and the pool area was just the perfect size."

"Wonderful experience in all aspects. The only thing I could complain about is the microwave being all the way on the first floor. But other than that, this was an amazing place to stay as a solo traveler. Quiet, clean, smells great in the halls AND rooms, modern, easy check in/checkout"
