"I stayed at another hotel when I attended a workshop last year with a grimy, old room and neglected pool area. The sounds of the guest next door kept me awake most of the night.

"I have stayed at your property a couple of times while my daughter attended UMD. You provide a comfortable, clean room, really comfortable beds and pillows, and reasonable parking. My only "complaint" was trying to find an ice machine. I had perishable food with me and hoped to get ice (I was told you had a refrigerator that I could use, then when I checked in was told it wasn't available because a guest had their insulin in it. How small of a refrigerator do you have?) The one on my floor...
