"Everything was good. Nothing exceptional. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was standard. More fruit would have been nice & the juice machine wasn’t working. Parking was close to the door, but the lot wasn’t secure or even paved. Location was convenient for downtown."

"Housekeeping did not refill refreshments and when requested was provided rotten creamer. Stayed two nights and refilled shampoo and did not take away empty containers from shower. Horrible parking, very tight and limited spots for extra parking fee per night."

One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. Even though we were visibly present with a three month old baby and 2 high energy kids, the front desk staff continued stacking chips for an additional 5-7 minutes while we waited to check into our room. After a really long day and another one ahead this was definitely not appreciated and made us feel very ignored. "
