"A lot of hidden fees. They even try to charge you for a towel exchange or bed sheet exchange. they make you throw out your own garbage. After a certain time, no one is at the desk. They get mad when you need something horrible experience."

"Property is a little dated but it was clean and the area seems safe. Free breakfast was good, we used the pool and it was fine. Room was clean, TV, fridge and microwave all worked and the bed was comfortable. Towels were a little scarce and we had to go to the desk to have the shampoo replaced. A/C was a bit noisy and the lighting was dim. The place was Perfectly adequate. Thanks."

"The hotel’s location is amazing! The hotel itself is old and in need of room renovations. The rooms were generally clean, but the carpet was filthy. We started wearing socks after noticing how dirty our feet were after walking on it, but quickly advanced to shoes as the socks turned completely black. We stayed for nine nights and had to ask for supplies and for our room to be cleaned twice while we were there, otherwise I don’t think they would have acknowledged us beyond check-in. Also, the vending machines on both the 2nd and 5th floors of the east tower took money but didn’t give change (or at least the right change) and didn’t always give the product, either. We would love to stay there again because, again, the location is convenient and the views were wonderful, but it really needs new carpet and updated appliances (micro and mini fridge). "

"Check in system did not have free breakfast on my reservation, despite being included. Hotel was filthy, and smelled of mold. AC unit was running, but room was very hot. Breakfast was truly revolting, food legitimately turned my stomach. There are multiple signs that say that gratuity is not included in breakfast, but it’s a self-serve buffet. Wish I could give 0 stars, will never stay here again."
