The person at the front desk told me that the check out person could do that for me the next day. I called Expedia right away and told them what happened. "The worst loudest construction starting before 8 o’clock banging, loud incessant all around us down the hallway have a video of it. The lady upfront was super helpful, but they told her too bad we have to get this done so I completely ruined the entire morning being woken up over a sewing machine to loud construction, removing and replacing tile for a $300 a night hotel. Do not recommend"

"Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms are nice, although a microwave would be helpful. Pool is nice. Gym is very well equipped. Would love to have seen a hot tub or sauna. Having an included hot breakfast would be a great addition. And just an FYI, a train will pass by multiple times a day and even through the night, including the whistle! The hotel is great with noise cancelling items available on request."

"The room was 85F when entering at 11:50PM. With the AC running at full until 2AM the temperature was 79F. Staff could not get the TV remote to work. By 3AM the room was 77F and humid. Call ahead and ask them to turn on the AC or look at a different property"

"The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and Expedia."
