"Having worked in the travel industry, I found Four Points to be clearly designed for quiet and privacy; I’m impressed, and I said so to my fellow travelers. There were difficulties with our check-in because of computer problems, and our rooms were switched with our traveling companions. This was truly not a problem for us, but was a little bit disconcerting."

"Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is I was told a 75.00 hold was put on my Credit card and I haven’t received the money. I am still be charged for the hold. Thank you Ed"

"Good location for freeway and multiple eateries. Despite advertising 'soundproofed rooms'. They were not. Easy fixes were not done. I.E. Paint splatters not removed from fronbedroom. Upholstery backing of bedroom chair needed attention as well as refinish. Breakfast was minimal. Good snack. An OK hotel, with decent staff."

"Partner and I stayed for a night and it was a good stay for the money spent for sure and in a central area to get it things pretty quickly"

"Overall for the price the hotel was pretty good. A bit run down but clean. The older gentleman who checked us in was very friendly but when we called before checking in the lady who answered was very short over the phone. We didn’t realize it had smoking rooms so the hallway stinks but once we got to the room you couldn’t even tell so we were ok with staying."

"I had traveled 32 hours away to get my son home from college! We were always greeted with a smile. They make you feel welcome just like family. There rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is ok but we don’t come for the free breakfast we come for the wonderful rooms and the nice free drink after a long day. I would recommend this Hotel 10/10"

"The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing??"

"Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...

"It was nice but the breakfast needs to work on. Eggs mixed with corn ? Toaster was in hiding. Tea bags hot water suger not well accessible. They were all over."

"Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots could be done to make it better. Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out."
