"For some reason we were rushed out on check-out day. The cleaning staff came at 8:00, awaking us despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door in full display. It happened again an hour later, then we go a call about checkout, all before 11AM checkout time. Very annoying - as is the standard hidden fee gotchas that I am still trying to get a handle on..."

"Upon checking in the door handles don’t open the doors and they hang down. You have to lift it up before using your key card then press down to open. When we got into the room the little refrigerator had water all in it and it was all over the floor. Had to get someone from front desk to come look at it. Then I went to take a shower and there was pubic hair all over the tub. I again went to the front desk and she came in and saw it and cleaned it. Then come morning we went to have...

"This hotel is 5 minutes away from the university, which is convenient for an early morning college visit. Nice breakfast included. Right next to a strip mall with a grocery store that closes at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable."
